Welcome to BPMNK3143 Research Methodology
Assalamualaikum and greetings to all students.
Welcome to BPMNK3143 Research Methodology. This course is designed to provide you with a solid understanding of research as applied in a business and management context. Throughout this course, you will be introduced to the basic research process, key concepts, methods, and issues involved in conducting research. You will also develop practical skills in quantitative research, including problem formulation, literature review, framework development, research design, sampling, measurement, data collection, and quantitative data analysis using SPSS.
This course requires active participation, commitment, and continuous engagement. Students are expected to attend classes, participate in discussions and activities, complete all assigned tasks, and uphold academic honesty at all times. Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited.

Course Synopsis
This course aims to provide an understanding of research as applied in a business context. Students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills required in a basic research process. Students will also be introduced to the core concepts, methods and research issues which lay the foundations for conducting research. Data analysis, interpretation and presenting analysis output will also be discussed.
